Join Our Club

We're happy that you are interested the Capitol City Rifle and Pistol Club (CCRP). We are a private club offering a variety of shooting sports on indoor and outdoor ranges. It is dedicated through its bylaws to the encouragement of organized rifle, archery and pistol shooting in the community with a view toward the care and safety of firearms and the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism.

Membership Requirements

Please read the Bylaws and the Standing Rules.
  • Open to anyone of good character, who is not prohibited from owning firearms
  • Share in the aims and goals of the club
  • Membership in the National Rifle Association is required and may bejoined concurrently with joining CCRP
  • Must attend an orientation class (see below)

Orientation Classes

Orientation classes are held approximately 8 times a year either on Saturday at 10:00 AM or Wednesday at 7:00 PM (see schedule below). To confirm the schedule for the next session, Please email the club training officer.

Membership Fees

Membership fees, collected at the required New Member Orientation Course are:
  • Annual Dues -- $70.00
  • Initiation Fee – $80.00 (One time fee)
  • Gate Card Deposit -- $10.00
  • Additional Adult members of the household may join for $35.00 annual dues and no initiation fee.
In addition, each member is expected to devote 8 hours of volunteer service annual to offset an assessment of $80.00 per year. There are a wide variety of service opportunities available including service on the Board of Directors, committee membership, recruiting new members and maintenance and repair of ranges, grounds and facilities.
New member orientation classes are held at 10:00 AM to 12:30 on Saturdays and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesdays. Please email the club training officer to confirm dates and times.

Location and Access

CCRP is located on 140 acres of rolling, timber covered terrain along the Black River, 1½ miles south of Littlerock, Washington and about 12 miles southwest of Olympia. An automated gate accessed by a member's electronic key card controls the entrance. The gate is open when any scheduled public event is underway or when new member orientation classes are scheduled. The club brochure shows the relative locations on our property of the clubhouse and the various ranges.

Driving Directions

The club is located at 14318 Littlerock Rd. SW, Littlerock, Washington

Driving south on I-5:
Take exit 95 "Littlerock/Maytown;"
exit ramp becomes Maytown Rd.;
go 2.8 miles to Littlerock;
take the sharp left bend in town;
go 1.5 miles further;
Club is on the left.
Driving north on I-5:
Take exit 95 "Littlerock/Maytown;"
turn left at the end of the exit ramp;
go under the I-5 overpass to stop sign and turn right onto Maytown Rd.;
go 2.8 miles to Littlerock,
take the sharp left bend in town, go 1.5 miles further;
Club is on the left.
